How do I migrate my emails from Gmail/Outlook?

We offer automatic migration tools for Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and most IMAP providers. Simply go to Settings → Import/Export → Import from Another Provider. Enter your credentials, and we'll handle the rest. The migration typically takes 1-24 hours depending on the size of your mailbox. All your emails, folders, and labels will be preserved.

Can I use my own domain with Mailor?

Yes! All paid plans support custom domains. You can add your domain in Settings → Domains. We'll provide you with the necessary DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to add to your domain registrar. Once verified, you can create unlimited email addresses with your domain on Professional and Business plans.

Is my data really private and secure?

Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption for all emails between Mailor users, and zero-knowledge encryption for stored emails. This means even we cannot read your emails. We're GDPR compliant, SOC 2 Type II certified, and we never sell or share your data. Our business model is based on subscriptions, not advertising.

What happens if I exceed my storage limit?

We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 95% of your storage limit. You can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional storage (€2/month per 10GB). We never delete your emails - if you reach your limit, you'll still receive emails but won't be able to send until you free up space or upgrade.

Can I use Mailor with my existing email client?

Yes! Mailor supports IMAP and SMTP protocols, so you can use any email client like Thunderbird, Apple Mail, or Outlook. We also have dedicated apps for iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux that provide the best experience with all our advanced features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, allowing you to reactivate or export it.
